Add Visitor Comment Function to Existing Website

Hello,

Looking for talented coder who has experience creating a news or social networking website whose programming allowed visitors to post comments.

Existing website has editorial channels with articles that need to allow visitors to comment.

Programming should require a re-direct to any New Visitors to an existing Subscription Page (page may need re-tooling somewhat) as a requirement to post. Function should be able to re-generate passwords to Existing Subscribers when needed.
