Advanced Forums functionality Drupal portal

A professional Drupal-expert needed in order to create main portal which needs to be very similar to: [login to view URL] This portal will function as a "center" for family of Drupal portals (already ready without forums) and SHARE mutual forum rooms between the main and the niche portals. The child-portals should have the same user base with the main portal so all the user list should be on the main one. In your application, please indicate: 1. Your history with Drupal modules developing, especially forum/social related modules and facebook integration. 2. General PHP background. 3. Do you want to theme the site or you prefer to get the general site themed and make the coding for functionality specified above? 4. The system should be super secured what do you advice?
