I need approximately eight small fixes in CSS and HTML for a very simple blog I have created. I am hosting it on my own domain, it is powered by wordpress, and the template I am using is "neoclassical". I have listed the exact fixes in the detailed requirements.
## Deliverables
I have a number of changes and additions required for a wordpress blog. I’m using the neoclassical template. Work requires firm knowledge of CSS and HTML.
Changes required:
Get title of blog in Title Bar without making title visible on the page (as currently required by template). This can be done in [url removed, login to view] file. I still want the title searchable on the blog for SEO purposes.
Add right sidebar author widget (that includes author photo and brief description). I tried to upload a widget to the right sidebar, but it distorted the page, and overlapped with the search bar, which is default on the page.
Limit length of my posts so that readers must click “read more “ to view the entire post. Want to know how to specify length limits (20 lines, 25 lines, etc).
Add syndication options on right sidebar
Add sharing / social features to all postings (Digg, Facebook share, [url removed, login to view], etc)
Add custom icon in title bar and remove the _ currently in the title.
Install appropriate widgets to optimize blog for SEO purposes.
Install Amazon affiliate widget in right sidebar.
Set the rotating header to only user header_1 and no other images.
All work should be compatible with all browsers.
