Collector web site build

I am looking for some assitance in building a website for collectors of pop culture items. This website is to be able to be accessed by paying members only and can be usd as a reference for collecting different items under different areas. I need it to be database driven and able to display item photos of all sides, manufacturing company information, etc. I would? like assistance in duilding the basic site only as i will probably have mutiples of it going for different subject matter. I want or prefer to use either SQL2005 and/ or Oracle 8i as I have both already. I know exactly what I want but I need some serious assistance in integrating the photos in the database and where to store them as there will be many of them. I also plan to add chat rooms later but I will cross that bridge when I need to.
