ComboBox, CheckBox, ListBox, in a AS3 Datagrid.(repost)(repost)

NOTE: Work has already been done on this project, so you would need to pick it up and finish by fixing some scope issues and display bugs. The following code is needed, in Action Script 3 for CS4 Flash development environment.? (NOT FLEX) Code to have a dataGrid and various data providers feed the DataGrid, with custom ComboBox, CheckBox, Radio Buttons, and ListBoxes imbeded in the Datagrid component. Marin Ventures Inc. will own all perpetual right to source code, the intent is to commercialize part of the solution as a whole. Developer may have to extend the CellRender class. Included in the solution is proper comment blocks, and documentation. We expect the solution to be? built in the newest version of FLASH: CS4, and Action Script 3. We are NOT interested in FLEX. This has to be a native pure AS3 solution, ready to be added to a project and populated by our internal developers. The code needs to work when the compiled DataGrid is loaded as an external SWF file. The code needs to be fix so the items don't disappear when scrolling. You will also have to comment on the current code and document a quick how to to help novice developers to use the code. Thank you.
