Computer Company needs American Supplier

A company that sells copmuter suff needs a US company or a US citizine to help her buying computer stuff from a particular site which is: [url removed, login to view]

The items that are required: will be sent to the bidder

(RAC does not allowe more than 2500 characters, so that I was froced to not inculde the items with my bid request)

The shipping address: will be sent to the bidder

The supplier must bid on the final cost that we must pay him, after calculating %15 or RAC, the shipping fees, and his/her commission. Try to be reasonable on your commission so that you don't let the [url removed, login to view] main feature which is the cheapness gone :)

The way of payment:

- We accept the suitable bid

- The bidder buys the items and ship them to our NY address

- After we got a track number and make sure that all items are there, we release the funds.

This mean that track number is very important to use in this project, since it can save both sides right.

Please notice that this won't be only one deal, but there is more & more are coming when we found the supplier is good and friendly.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
