Content/Article Management Website

I need an article management website that allows different users to have accounts and upload articles of different topics through those accounts. They also must be able to manage their own articles through their account. Some requirements * No parameters in URL * Each article URL must appear to be in the root folder * Each article's tags must be able to be controlled or input at the same time the article is uploaded. * Users must have different status' that will allow them to upload more or less articles * Articles must be reviewed before going live * Entire site must be SE friendly. (No drop down menus... etc.) * Directory required so SE can find and index all live articles * Ability to create custom pages * Side menu of scrolling "recent articles" * Multiple article categories * Ability to have "site blog" and user forums (not necessarily needed now) * Administrator needs ability to see stats on users. (# of articles, categories... etc.) * Author/article spotlight module * article database search function * RSS * Visitors need to be able to sign up for Subscriptions, email and RSS feeds With bids please include previous work samples or links and a short description of what you propose.
