Create WordPress Template for existing Dreamweaver Website

Hi there I have already created a layout using Dreamweaver at [login to view URL] I have used a template design with a header, header menu, main content for two thirds of the screen on the left, right menu (where my sponsors appear) and a footer that includes a contact form, a full site map, a block hyperlink listing of my sponsors and Google Ads at the bottom. Now converting to WordPress for plug ins I want CLEAN CODE and FAST loading I see this as the first of several projects I may ask you to do if you do this job well. I would like to work on an ongoing basis with one person who knows WordPress well and can easily do these tasks because you ALREADY have the experience I have access to Skype etc, can type, can also do some of my own coding. Ideally, I would like to be able to still go into the 'right menu include file' to upload sponsors easily and also to the bottom menu to update advertiser details there Also, I MUST have the file names in the URL in the same structure as they currently appear (I don't want numbers and question marks). I have a Google Analytics account to add to So initially, the first project will be: 1. To create the WordPress template using the existing layout you can see on the [login to view URL] website which includes: . installing Google Analytics . installing a site wide contact form . installing Google Adsense 2. For you to clearly describe in a text document all of the files and settings you have changed in WordPress. 3. The site MUST validate using [login to view URL] and load quickly. 4. A direct conversation handover so that you can explain to me what you have done (your English needs to be understood) Finished by Wednesday 4 May 2011. If you are accepted for this role, I would like you to do the preliminary work of creating the template in your own time and then we could either do a remote log in so I can watch and discuss it as we go through or I can give you your own log in on a temporary basis.
