Credit card billing script cleanup

We'd like it cleaned up to run faster, as well as integrate google analytics conversion tracking. The script currently cascades from one processor to another (three total) until the transaction is approved or fails completely. This is for an adult site. We use our own merchant accounts, processing visa and mastercard. ## Deliverables Originally we put the maximum bid at $500. We lowered that as we feel it is a pretty simple job for a qualified developer, and there was no pricing option between $100 and $500 in the bid options.
