Custom Web Based CRM Needed To Track Customers

We have a client who sell vehicle trailers and they require a custom web based CRM to be created to track potential customers. The CRM will work as follows: 1. A customer will call up expressing an interest in a vehicle trailer. 2. A member of our sales team will then log their details into the CRM. The categories they will fill in are as follows: Name Title Company Mobile Landline Email Address Vehicle Reference Number (this is the reference number of the vehicle the customer is interested in buying.) Comments 3. All the above information is saved and can be searched for at any time. Multiple staff members need to be able to login and use it at the same time. Also they need to be able to search for every criteria, especially the 'Vehicle Reference Number'. They need to be able to search for the reference number and every customer who has been logged for it will show.
