**How we use the DSR**

The DSR is the Daily Sales Report sent by Area Sales manager / Regional sales manager / Zonal Sales Managers to Head Office. At present we are working by using a DSR format made on Excel . the person fillups the details and send it to H.O. with Email .
**Reasons for what we are planning to have a web based system**
1. While sent as attachment with mail, it becomes a time taking process to get the details
2. Sales person wise Filtering of reports is difficult.
3. at the report is sent day by day , hence the number of files increased and to navigate to any certain date and again to another date is complicated.
