AS3 code to record audio upload to web site

PLEASE ONLY RESPOND IF YOU ARE SKILLED IN ACTIONSCRIPT 3 CODING AND AUDIO DATA STRUCTURES. My team is developing a collaborative web-based system for voice actors and actresses to do voice-overs for scripted dialogue.? ? We currently have an avatar-lip-sync playback framework and we also have the overall web UI for the actors to log in and upload sound files. Instead of a file upload, I want to have a framed AS3 module that implements a voice recorder.? ? i.e. the user clicks on the record button, speaks into a microphone, clicks on a "finished" button, and the audio is automatically uploaded. Furthermore, we have two special requirements which could be implemented either? in the client side (in AS3) or perhaps at our server (.NET). 1) We need to automatically trim away the varying length silent pauses at beginning and end of the audio, leaving exactly 100 milliseconds of voice silence at either end. 2) We need the audio in both? .WAV and .SWF format. We may also want to volume-normalize the audio recordings. Please respond only if you have appropriate experience for this very specific project.
