Browser Based MMORPG (To copycat an existing game)

Hi all, I need someone to create a browser based MMORPG based on existing game ([login to view URL]) However the current [login to view URL] had gone through 4 build on their gameplay. Thus I only need you to copy their "BETA build" which featured about 5 years ago ([login to view URL])and not the current running. Although I want the gameplay to be exactly like them I need it to be built with Facebook friendly in mind (sort of mafia wars) and major changes on the game races, armoury, alliance & name profiling. (I will let you access the game using low, medium & high level/populations accounts)I also need it simplified & change those unwanted extras. Though i'm not familiar with technical issue the works on this game should include: Overall website layout & coding. no fancy graphic required so simple scripting/HTML/PHP/mySQL would be sufficient.(I think :P) Website safety installation to prevent spam or tech savvy player from hacking the game core E-commerce solution implementation (ability to accept payments through CC/paypal) SEO/advertising & if possible long term support.
