Application that will scan data from certain URLs at timed intervals and output to spreadsheet

I am looking for an application that will take multiple URLs and retrieve numerical data off of them at specified intervals and output them to spreadsheet. Specifics Example: I want to be able to enter 20-30 URLs pertaining to Stubhub events and over the span of a few months gather statistical data on quantity, prices, etc... For example: [login to view URL] The above URL would be what i would input. This program would then check that URL once a day and output to an Excel file the following: Total # of tickets available Total # of tickets available in each "zone" Lowest 3 prices overall of sets of 1, 2 and 4 tickets. Lowest 3 prices in each zone of sets of 1, 2 and 4 tickets. As a bonus I would like the application to also pull the "sold data" for that event/sections -- data that is available once you login to your account and "view" the event. I can use this data to better price tickets for events that are still months away.
