CSS drop down menu needed for WordPress Theme

I'm looking for someone who is well versed in WordPress, because I need a theme to be adjusted on my site ([login to view URL]). The problem with this theme is when you add subpages to the navigation pages, it doesnt put them under the main item. For example, "Resume" and "Portfolio" are subpages of "About" however they appear in the main navigation because this theme doesn't have any conditional logic to support otherwise. Basically, I need Resume and Portfolio to render as a CSS drop down the About button.
