Custom OSCommerce Install

Hi, I need to build an online shop (preferably with OSCommerce). I will be designing the shops templates (at a later date), but need someone to customise my OSCommerce install. Basically the site needs to • Change language by the user clicking a button on the homepage • Products need to be in £'s & Euros • Product names, descriptions (all languages), all the prices (£'s Euros and Group prices) need to be uploaded from one Excel file (or .CSV)s • Needs multiple prices i.e. log in as a dealer and get cheaper prices, log in as a retailer and get slightly higher prices (all prices coming from the one .CSV file) • I need to be able to run the site as just a catalogue (no buy button and no checkout) for a year then when the company is ready be able to switch these functions back on easily. • Account registering needs to be approved by the company before any user can log in (this isn't open to the public) so an email saying someone had requested an account would be sent to the company who would then activate the account. I would prefer this to be modified OSCommerce (as I know how to modify the templates in that), but Im open to other suggestions. I would alos like to see some examples if possible of other similar projects you may have done. Thanks
