Add serach engine for city and country in Event Pluggin

I am using SE v.3.16 with the Event pluggin v3.5. I need a php programmer + familiar with SE to create a function which allows users to search through Browse_Events page by city and country. The city and country were added through the “Global Event Settings”. Website address is: www. [login to view URL] go to Seminars and Courses Tab to view the Event [login to view URL] you can see the fields for City and Country are already created. I only need to add the search function. As you can see there are 2 sub categories in "All Courses and Seminars" (Courses and Seminars and Conventions and Meetings). I would like users to be able to search for city/country, or both at the same time. Also the Viewing Results should match the number of events found. So if the search found is 20 events. It should say "viewing results 1-10 of 20.
