Ads removal php / js Scraper / Parser

Need a scraper writen in JS or php. Here is how it should work: 1. In the input field, the user enters URL of the target website 2. After the user presses submit button, the code should load the content from the page but without Ads 3. In other words, the backend algorithm should be able detect and remove as much ads as possible (of course sometimes it's inevitable to have some) 4. User can save the page to the server. You should be a proficient coder prior to bidding.
