Adware VPN client

I need an adware VPN client. Users will use the client to connect to PPTP VPN server. When the client is installed it will function as an adware. Based on keywords that are entered into the Administration application and when triggered by a keyword search from the browser the application will display advertisements in the form of sponsored ads. The end user sees their search results page from Google, Yahoo and Bing normally and the triggered sponsored ads will automatically be displayed. Here are the feature needed: - Windows application (Must run on Windows XP, Vista, 7) - Must support IE and Firefox - Users will be able to connect to VPN server using the software. - Google search results will be changed like mentioned above. - Should have an installer with a disclaimer. - Ads information should be able to auto updated over internet. - There should be a control panel showing how many users installed the software and how many active using.
