Automated Ticket Update with ZenDesk

I need three PHP Scripts. 1) Script 1 creates a form page that: 1. Accepts a CSV file, [login to view URL] 2. Text Area 2) Script 2 is the same as above but runs from the command line. 1. Reads [login to view URL] 2. Reads [login to view URL] 3) Script 3 does the action 1. reads through the [login to view URL] file and grabs the ticket ID # 2. Updates the ticket with the text from the textarea field or the text in the text file. Along with some other settings. Using the ZenDesk API <[login to view URL]> the Update Rest API **PUT /tickets/#{id}.xml** ## Deliverables This is a relatively simple project.
