Automated creation of joomla sites on linux centos 5 apache

When an order has been completed and payed in my shop, I should be able to initiate a command with the domain as a parameter that is able to create the site automatically in [login to view URL], create the wwwroot folder, restart apache, copy the joomla files to the correct foler, set the permissions on files. create an ftp user, and generate a secure randomized password, create the mysql DB, and a user for the DB, and set permissions. Then return an email to me with the domain name, and the commands output, so i can send the customer their username and password. Integration with hmailserver to create domain and an email address would be nice. Integration with gratisdns or another domain check service to ensure the domain is free for registration would be nice. Please ask for any missing details.
