Bash Script To Search Umlaut

i need a very small bash scrip which can search for folders with umlauts (ö,ä,ü,é,è,à) and execute to commands to all found folders: the script has to search in thousands of folders and files, folders with umlaut. example: Foldername: Verträge And then set two commands to this folder Command 1: convmv -r -t ISO-8859-1 -f UTF-8 --notest <FolderName> Command 2: convmv -r -f ISO-8859-1 -t UTF-8 --notest <FolderName> now search the next folder with umlaut. and set the two commands and so on...
