Complete issues with a website

Hi could you please quote on fixing the following items for this existing site [[login to view URL]][1] 1/ Home page/ top bar/original print/ canvas/museum/enlarge image coming storm. When you mouse over coming storm to enlarge the enlarged image is behind the image of the rainbow beneath it. 2/ Home page/ recently added/ image the mountain/double click to open/choose any of the sizes on OWN THE STANDARD STREACHED PRINT ON CANVAS/ frame it/matt it/. This category should not be able to be matted. 3/ Framing: not all frames are available in all sizes. When choosing an image size in all of the categories and then choosing frame it, only the frames that have been assigned to that size in the admin backend should show. Right now all of the frame images show. This function will need to be created in the backend and integrated with the front end
