Create Joomla component to register users with Steam API

Hello,
The registering process should be like this:
- user clicks on login with steam button
- redirected to steam site to login with his user and pass
- returning to my site he will be asked for an email address
- if he provides a valid email address he will be registered and a terms of use and conditions will appear for him to click and accept (1 time only at first registration)
- if registered a small icon with his avatar and profile name from steam and a logout link will appear instead of “login with steam button”
What I need from you is to create a CMP for Joomla that will use the Steam API to register users.
[url removed, login to view] the component I should input my steam API key and some options of what info to extract from API(picture,location, etc.), if an email should be requested or not after auth, etc.

[url removed, login to view] plugin will do the dirty work so that everythings works
IMPORTANT !!! - Only this option should be available for registration(using STEAM API), users should not be able to register on the site using shortcuts to Joomla default registration or Kunena/AUP/K2 registration pages. -
On auth we need to pull all info available on user, steamID64, Profile Name, Avatar, Country etc. and that info should be on his Kunena/AUP/K2 Profile.
When a user re-logins to my site and he changed his avatar or nickname on steam, his name/avatar on my site should be changed also according to his steam profile modifications.
