Develop video clip/ live streaming content management system Video CMS that will: * handle sub-clients * handle different community / genre/ language content categories * handle live and VOD content storage and meta-data * handle live and VOD content playlists * handle live and VOD content cutting and combination (cut a 2 hour movie into 20 minute clips and add xx adverts in-between; combine * integrate with cloud transcoding such as Zencoder and with in-house transcoding * handle monetization (ad and subscription) combined by sub-client by community / genre/ language content categories * multi-CDN capability, ability to select CDN by country * fantastic reporting * standard meta-data: title, genre, rating, description, language, etc Respond with the software packages that you have used (plaftform, kultura, MediaCore, etc) Provide details on functionality provided.
