A PHP script to open IMAP account and forward new mails, mark read

We need someone to write a small php script, that will be run on our server. The script must open an IMAP account (we will provide username and password), forward all the new messages with attachments and everything, and then mark the messages "read" after they have been forwarded to a new e-mail address that we will provide. A goog software structure would be if the php script is run with some arguments, so one can avoid changing the script.
