I'm looking for a coder to design a database and give me a diagram of how it is all connected and an actual sql file. This project is for a real expert in database design. This needs to be formulated in a way so each table can be hooked in some way to each other and it is blazing fast. I mean it...it must be super efficient and fast. Of course, you must use all the database normalization principles. I have attached things I'm looking for in the database. They are grouped but you can move things around and add things if you think it will increase efficiency in any way. Let me know before you do it though. There will more things added to the database in the future so it needs to be able to handle a lot more tables. Again, I can very easily create a relational database myself. But I am looking for an absolute expert who can look for every bit of efficiency and speed out of every query.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
