Application

I am wanting to have a client and a server program built that will have these features in it. Built in mirc client with all of mirc features, built in message center to leave message to invidual or mass to every one, program to be able to check all my favorite sites on the internet and login to make sure they are up and running and not full, bulltin board, news board, voting board. I would like to have a database that will store this info for the builtin board, news board, and a vote board. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform It will be ran on win98, winME, Win XP, Win2000
