Continue Developing Financial Application

Hello everyone, This bid request is for a new financial/business program called CDIS (CompuDav Information System). Essentially, this application is similar to many of the other commercial small business financial suites out there, except for one critical point: it uses either Oracle, SQL Server, Access, or MySQL for storage (only basic SQL commands are needed). This makes it very easy to integrate with current/future web sites. I have been working on this program for a little while, but I need a coder to complete it. Please *read* the attached file (I know it's 11 pages long, but it will give you a clear understanding of what I would like). It's in PDF format, FYI. I have also stated in the PDF that there is a maximum bid of $1000, however, I am not placing a maximum bid in the RAC system as if someone needs more to complete this, then I might be able to accomodate it. Best Regards, David Gill ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
