Cybercafe management software

Hi, I need a fully functional bug free software to manage my cybercafe. I am interested to purchase already build/tested software that you may have already developed. Must have following features- 1. One server to manage all clients. GUI shoule be easy to use. 2. should be able to lock/unlock/shutdown/restart client PCs. 3. Customer account/billing/time tracking. 4. Pre-paid and post-paid pricing support 5. Reporting, tracking and log files 6. Employee tracking, log files 7. Employee restrictions (admin will allow/disallow permissions) 8. Drive Access Blocking (ex. C: ) 9. Disable Downloads 10. Bandwidth Monitoring 10. Disable Hot-Keys 11. Disable Control Panel 12. Allow restrict program that client can run. For example we may set that client can only run IE, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Msg. nothing else. 13. POS system 14. Inventory of items 15. Receipt printing 16. Should be able to select printer for printing receipt, reports etc. For example we may print Receipt on Printer-1 and reports on Printer 2. I would like to set it in program and program will automatically print on selected printer. 15. Tax setup 14. Broadcasting message to all cients or selected clients. 15. Broadcasting Advertiesement at bottom of screen to all clients or selected clients. We should also be able to start/stop broadcasting of adv. Advertiesement can be simply a image file or Flash animation. So must have option to select image/flash for current adv. If you have any program already written pl. send me DEMO of that program.
