The project is designed to allow the user to record checks and deposits. You will accomplish this using a single form that changes depending on whether a check or a deposit is to be recorded. Thus the two sample windows (see below) are two versions of the same form. The captions (and perhaps the corresponding action) for certain controls change; you should also present the check and the deposit in different colors. Information gathered by your pro-gram will be recorded in a (sequentially-accessed text) data file. All file operations should be protected by appro-priate error/exception handling routines. When your program starts up, the user should be requested to provide the name of the file containing his/her check-book records. You must use the OpenFileDialog common dialog control to obtain this information (with filters for three file types, and text files as the default). If the file exists, read the appropriate startup information from the file. If the file does not exist, prompt the user for the startup information, and create a new file (solicit this information from the user via a series of four InputBoxes ??" you do not need to do data validation on this user input). Startup information includes the user/account name, the current (starting) check number, the current (starting) deposit num-ber, and the current (starting) balance. As indicated by the data sample below, the file’s first line includes the name (string), starting balance (decimal) starting check number (integer), and starting deposit number (integer). All subsequent lines should include the type of transaction (string = “CHECK?? or “DEPOSIT??), the name (string) of whomever the check was written to (or de-posit received from), the amount of the transaction (decimal), the current balance (decimal), the number of the last check (integer), the number of the last deposit (integer), the memo (string), and the date (string). Be sure your code both writes and reads this format/sequence exac
