Adware - Toolbar - Cryptor Program in C++ PHP Needs Update

We are looking for an experienced C++ developer who has experience with adware and/or toolbar creation to work on an existing project. The project is basically complete but needs some final tweaks and upadating. We have full source codes available and would like to begin work right away. The program is an .exe installer. When installed on a machine, it performs various browser enhancement functions, gets commands from a central database and server, and reports back statistics. The central database and server is written in PHP it appears and has a control panel for various instructions to be created. These instructions are stored, and the installs call home to get these instructions and updates regularly. Should not be a difficult job since the bulk of the work is basically complete...we just need some updating and to add a couple of small features. Bidder must provide information and examples of their experience in this area of development as well as be available through online messenger if selected.
