Build A Membership Site

I am neededing a membership site built basically just like the one at <[login to view URL]> I know nothing about how membership sites work as far as username and password protected or anything, but I want it set up in a way where the customer is automatically set up with a unique username and password (upon payment). I use a shopping cart system called [login to view URL] that does monthly billing and it has an integrated merchant account. What I don't know how to do is automate it so that when someone cancels their membership (or their payment does not go through) thier username and password expires. I want this totally automated so I do not have to do any of it manually. I basically just need someone to set up the entire system and website for me. I can do all the ad copy,and can hire someone else to do the graphics, but I need the website totally functional. Again, I have no clue how this works so I dont know if this requires special software or what, but I do know that my Webhost is [login to view URL] and has mysql and database functionality and all that jazz. I know html and am pretty handy with dreamweaver. I have made most of my websites myself, but I have no clue how to do a project like this. But once again, just check out the website I mentioned above. Basically I am going to go into competition with them. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform whatever gets the job done :)
