I need a website just like this example website: [login to view URL] It needs to have the same look and feel but the colors should be black and red or black and purple and easy for the customer visiting to navigate with the image attached in the background shallowed; (similar to the attached); but the face of the image should be the background of the entire page, and easy for us to access the website and make changes, add, delete something and get to the information when it is received from potential applicants. All inquiries should be sent to us by email so that we can review and consider the applicant for approval or not. Instead of the vehicle on the page, I will prefer a Porsche or a high-end exotic vehicle to be there instead of the one shown in the example site provided. Where it asks for the customer's credit score information; they will click there and be taken to a page that will allow them to pay $50.00 for their personal credit report which we will send by email to the customer if they purchase it. You will need to add an application fee of $125.00 because we do charge $125.00 for each application received on our website. Before the customer visiting can apply, they will need to pay the $125.00 fee first in order to be sent to the application. The fee will be paid using my existing Paypal account for USA citizens only. Only qualified, skilled designers need apply and if I receive a standard email or contact from anyone that is in the form letter style and not personalized to me directly -- it will be ignored. I want a real human being to reply to me who genuinely cares about me and what my needs are for this project. Whomever I hire will gain 14 other businesses that I own and operate online, and have the opportunity in revising each of them as well. This is a long-term project for the right candidate and I am looking for only the very best. I will not accept or look at any offers higher than the range that I've submitted in my Project Budget.
