[login to view URL] Sync with CRM Database Script

We have an ASP.NET CRM system running on a local server on IIS 7.0 and SQL Server database. It has our product details in it. We have an Alibaba script class written in PHP that can add or delete products from an [url removed, login to view] account. We also have apache and php installed on our local server. We need someone to write a script in PHP that will take the products and its details from the SQL Server database and insert them into our [url removed, login to view] account and keep track of which products have been inserted into the account by using a newly created table to keep track. The script will run daily and should check the CRM SQL Server database to see if products have been added or deleted to the local database, and if they have then they should be added or deleted from the [url removed, login to view] account and all this should be kept track of in a separate table in our local server. Basically the script will sync our CRM database of products with our [url removed, login to view] account and it will run once daily to make sure both are in sync.
