Redesign look and feel of Bay Area Singles.
Straight HTML/Graphics, I will do the porting to the PHP templates.
Right now, it is too red. People do not stay very long on the site.
It needs to be appealing to the eye, and possibly a little more
Bay Area - ish. The logo is already trademarked, so please use that.
Everything else is up to you. I suggest a splash of blue with a touch of red on a white background, but what
do I know. You are the designer.
I am pretty easy to please, that is what got me in this mess ;)
