Bigcommerce Programming - Hide Prices, and Create Member Approval

Hello, We require a script / adjustment to a Bigcommerce website that allows; 1. Prices to be hidden for all visiters unless they have a manually approved member account. 2. Allow anyone to sign up, BUT they have to be approved manually (in case they are not a shop with tax id etc..). This way nobody can log in or view prices until manually approved, so the message "your application is being reviewed for a trade account". And if approved, they can log in and see prices. Please provide total cost, I require this within a week to 10 days. ++ Existing Bigcommerce Development is a plus, so please state that if you have already worked with Bigcommerce ++ Thank you
