Build Joomla Website

Joomla website built from a designed mockup that will be provided. All pages will need to be created and linked together. This project will include the following programming: 1) Basic mailto form to Request Information about the company. 2) A page with disclosure information and a form with the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Email Address, and a tickbox to confirm that the user has read the terms & conditions and agrees to them. Upon submission of the form it will email a copy to both the user and the admin of the company. The site will create a database record for their informaiton in MySQL and have a default value of "Not Confirmed". The email sent to the visitor will have a link that when clicked will change the valie in the database to "Confirmed". This data will be exportable with a link in the site to a CSV file. NOTE: Opportunity for additional work if this project goes well!
