Need a professional yet simple website designed similiar to [login to view URL]
1) I want the website to be in a CSS format... all the HTML pages feed off of the master web template (.dwt).
2) I want the exact same kind of drop down menus using CSS preferrably and/or maybe javascript & the middle section where the images switch when you bring your mouse on top of the buttons.
3) Do not use any materials from that website as that site is copyrighted... I want a similiar site with original files and contents that I can change myself whenever I want.
I'm willing to pay no more than $100 for this.
