Redesign existing website to to add functionality including submission of lease with digital signature. See attached documents for further information. Needed: Current website [login to view URL] Requirements 1. Mobile web enabled 2. Outline of contents to be included a. Google Map noting location b. Unit sizes, features and prices c. Pictures of facility (thumbnails to bigger pictures) d. Address and Mailing address, phone number and email address e. Amenities (7 day a week access, clean, paved, locks available, etc.) f. Logo g. Logo links for Facebook, Yelp, Wisconsin Self Storage Association h. Fillable online lease, to include: i. Secure submission of form from PC or mobile device ii. Fillable fields iii. Checkbox for unit size which fills in rent and deposit amounts and pro-rates the amount based on the unit size and days left in the month iv. Inclusion of other items for sale added into total due; locks v. Total amount due for first check, including lock and security deposit (one month’s rent) vi. Require all fields to be filled out before submission allowed vii. Customer digitally signs and submits viii. Submission triggers email notification to manager that a lease is complete ix.
