A certificate verification webpage (using PHP) to be able verify the authenticity of the certificate issued based on either: 1. Identification Number or, 2. Certificate Number Next, a back-end webpage for data entry. The interface must be able to allow for: 1. Entry of a single participant 2. Bulk upload of multiple participants by using (.csv / excel format) 3. Search function to retrieve data. By Identification number, Cert id, Name 5. Data validation check I do not entertain freelancers without a good track record, so only show your interest if you have the credentials to back you up. Thank you.
