Australian based online classifieds website required, where users can sell their goods/services. Advertisers registration required.
Fields required in the registration process will be :
a) Name (First & surname) OR Business name and contact.
b) Address including state & postal code.
c) Contact mobile number.
d) Contact landline number with area code prefix.
e) Email address.
Contact will only be the 1st name and/or business name, email address and contact numbers. These contacts only to appear in the ad.
Users will have account home page where they can keep track of their ads, eg live/expired/deleted. The account home page will also provide capability for the advertiser to modify and/or delete the ad.
Private ads will be free, unless photo ad required. There will be a charge for a photo ad. A photo ad will run until sold. Advertisers will need to be able to advise if item sells. Business ads will be paid ads, depending on the size of the ad.
Add in payment processor functionality/cart with payment options being visa/mastercard or paypal.
I have a mock front/home page i will send to winning bidder to be used as a guide for colors and fonts etc.
Area based searches are a requirement. (Eg different states, city, suburb and surrounding areas)
The option to pick additional cities will also need to be added.
Specific Item search, state, city, suburb will be search options.(including surrounding areas as a possibility)
Ads will be displayed by specific item & date, and users will have the option to view ads with or without photos.
For cars/autos there will be additional function of dealer and private or both, with or without photos.
For property there will be a real estate agency/private and with or without photo.
Ads will need the option to be posted into facebook, both by advertiser and by viewer, so will need a 'share this ad' option on the ad.
Ads themselves will have ad poster details, 1st name, email address,contact numbers (moblie and land line including area code), description, photos, map (through google maps), if the ad is private or agency , date posted & price
Once an ad is posted the advertiser will receive an email notification with a link to log in to the site, modify/change the ad. I will also need to be able to review each ad before it is posted to the site.
So, when an ad is placed, i will check my admin section and it will show i have 'x' amount of ads to review and post to the site. Paid ads will not appear on the site until payment is completed and received in full.
Site will need an admin page, accessed by a changable password, where i will be able to change site functionality, review ads, contact users, etc. In the admin area i must have an option to make all ads including categories and subcategories, a printable .PDF file.
Posting ads will be through a simple drop down menu screen. With 3 sub/category drop down menus, fully accessible and updateable and changeable in the administration area by me. (EG: Dropdown 1 - Cars, Dropdown 2- Accessories, Dropdown 3- Wheels).
The advertisers area will be through a similar dropdown menu, fully updateable by me. (EG: State -Victoria, City -Melbourne, Suburb -Toorak).
I would need full admin rights to add in states/cities/towns/suburbs, and all advertising categories and subcategories. Both will be through drop down menus in the admin section of the site.
I will need the option to ban or delete users.
Also require a “report ad” function where users can report ads that violate the T&C’s.
I already own the domain name.
I realize there is possibly much more to discuss. I am open to suggestions. After the milestone payment, there will be no payment in full until i am fully satisfied by the site.
I will own the full copyright to the site. Hosting will be organized be me.
Most importantly this website MUST include e-commerce AND CMS, i wish to have as much functionality as possible and wish to edit content with as little help from a webmaster as possible.
