Classifieds integrated with Facebook

I am in need of a classifieds website to use as a facebook app. This website needs to fully integrate the facebook functions so users can post ads with pictures, comment on ads, delete ads and so on. I am currently using a Facebook page for this, but the admin functions are lacking and I want the users to be able to have different categories to post the ads to, which Facebook does not offer.
I purchased Almond Classifieds for Joomla and attempted to use it, but it doesn’t function the way I want it to.

I need the user to only be able to login with Facebook.
I need the look and feel to be like Facebook.
I need the posts and comments to use Facebook integration.
I need the ads to have an expiration date.
