Convert GIF image to interactive document for shopping cart

I require approx 100 GIF images coverted to an interactive document. These images are an exploded view of machine spare parts and I need each item on the picture to be a clickable image that adds each item to a shopping cart. I only need the necessary code to make this acheivable and I will add it to my website. We will start with 1 as a test. If successful we will move forward with 100 more. I am not sure what code is required so any suggestions would be helpful. There will also be some other projects following this.
