Copy a web site

This is a simple project. I have found a web site that I like the layout and style. I want to copy all of the files including the css and all images. Then I will go in and change all colors and images and modify it a bit more. I will change all content and images. Therefore, I am seeking a person who knows how to copy all of this and change all of the links in the html files to local and css. All images should be in a folder called "images" and of course the css file will be in the css folder and then the html files will be in the main folder. Once you are finished I should recieve these files and images in the above folders so that i would be able to view this site on my local computer without any outside links pulling in images.
