Craigslist e-mail alerts

Hi Checkout [login to view URL] if you're not familiar with the famous classifieds website. I need an alert system that will periodically (once a day is ok) search for given terms, and e-mail the links and titles of ads in search results, to given e-mail addresses. Here's the details: Home page includes a drop down menu to choose the city ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc...), an input box to enter keywords and another one to enter e-mail address. User chooses the city from the drop down menu, enters all keywords he/she wants to be alerted about, separated with a comma, and enters his/her e-mail address. A verification link is sent to his/her e-mail and once verified, we add the search terms to search for that given craigslist website every day. When we find ads associated with those keywords, we send an e-mail containing titles and links of ads for those keywords. I also need a very simple control panel to see all user e-mails, keywords and craigslist domains. I need to be able to edit keywords and e-mails, and delete them if i need to. I need you to send me a mock-up of the three screenshots (sign-up with keywords, e-mail content and control panel) to make sure that we're on the same page.
