I simply need a PSD made into a Joomla template (see attached for a screenshot of the template). I will give detailed positions and specifications. This is for a California, USA-based company and if this job goes well, there is A LOT more work to come. I am looking for someone with GREAT communication (available on Yahoo IM is best) and responds back VERY QUICKLY. I also am looking for someone who works during US business hours. Also, this project must be completed within the next 48 hours (sooner the better). I take care of my workers very well when they do good work, but if you cannot meet these requirements please do not bid or I will immediately cancel the project and re-post immediately.
