Custom / Fully Editable Wordpress theme

We have complete PSDs of Design for 3 pages. 1. Homepage 2. Subpages 3. Customized Blog Page Need an expert WORD PRESS / HTML/CSS developer to make a customized WordPress Theme from the Design (already done in PSDs). Need somebody with skill to finish up the project with a professional approach. The HTML/CSS should be pixel perfect, all changes to be handled professionally and on time. The word-press website should be fully editable 1. All top and bottom menus to be editable and controllable through WP interface 2. All images used to be editable through WP interface 3. All text where ever used should be editable through WP interface. 4. A user manual for editing the WP site to be provided by the Coder with all details along with visual illustration/examples. 5. All Files PHP/CSS/HTML/DB and Manual files to be provided in final/tested and working condition at the end of project. 7. Test site hosted at your end with option for us to edit and test it as administrator. Please DON'T BID if you don't have good rating and experience for same level of work.
