We are currently creating an online store for our record store using Magento as our platform. We require a custom search form for it that needs to have 3 inputs:
1 x dropdown to select the item format (eg. cd, dvd, vinyl, all) which are are all categories.
1 x dropdown to select whether to search by the artist, title, record label, catalog number, or all, which are attributes.
1 x text field to type in your search query.
