Customization of pre-purchased job board website

We have purchased Job board software and looking for someone able to make customization work.

We are looking for someone able to taking care of our website. We just started business we will require lot of small changes in the future so we would like someone have long term business relationship.

Our requirments:

• When select different language the Banner ad, News, Featured Companies, logo image must be different.　Not just change of text.

• Top banners must be automatic rotation. (more advertisement can be added from admin panel)

• SSL protection for whole website

• Move “Don’t send mailings” to above “Accept terms of use” in registration page

• Remove the name and logo of SmartJobBoard in Admin page

• Under Find Jobs: Change order Country then State

• Each State will be match the country. For example, When user select USA for country then American states will appear. If user select China then State will be Shanghai, Beijing etc.. This function must be in search page, job posting and job seeker registration page. And each value must be editable. Each box bust be multi selection.

• We need Gender selection box. (So employer can search database based on Gender)

• We need Nationality, Visa Status, Marriage status, No. of Children.

• We need add language and ability. It must be like the following link and image. [url removed, login to view] Jobseekers can register their language, ability and add many languages if they can speak many. Company can search the language or ability based the job requirements

• When employer search the candidate database, employer only see the education and job history. Name, Contact detail and CV is hide and cannot be downloaded. If the employer wants that person employer must send an offer mail (scout mail) by using website. Once the job seeker accept employer can view full contact details. We have tested if a job seeker apply a job the company will receive email directly to there computer. All messages must go to website message box. Unique user must register first as job seeker then he or she can apply job.

• Admin can set number of scout mails allowed send from employer. To able to get CV or personal contact information must be paid and allowed from admin. So in admin site there should be permit check box for each employer user

• Make new logo or tub for Employer Registration (Log in and Registration). This must be separate from Job seekers registration.

• Is there “close my account” function for Job seekers? This function is required only for Job seekers. All data must saved even after the job seeker choose to close their account.

• For Job seekers it is total free to registration. There is no need view the plan or any information about subscription. So delete all those information.

• Admin can set and input pre-words in to each text box. Just same as this link [url removed, login to view]

• When employer log in the menu should be following:

Job Posting (somehow currently it calls My resumes). Company profile instead my profile. Delete: My applications, Subscriptions, Billing History, Saved Jobs, Job Alerts, Saved Searches.

In Employer Account, the menu should be, Job Posting, Company profile, Search Candidates, Messages.

It seems the current website share same function Job seekers and Employers. The employer only need function that posing jobs, search resume, edit company profile and message.
